We recently completed a stunning remodel in Lake Zurich, IL. The owner wanted to update the main floor and open the kitchen to the great room by removing the current peninsula. Slight changes to the layout yield maximum storage and counter space. White shaker perimeter cabinets and a dark ale island make the perfect combination to transform this kitchen into a sleek and current space. In addition, decorative panels finish off the island beautifully.
