Sims-Lohman recently completed a beautiful, space-enhancing remodel in St. Charles. The owner wanted a much bigger kitchen with a contemporary style. They wanted to add an expansive island and intential storage and organization for everything in their kitchen.
The new remodel design opened the whole area up by shrinking the laundry room and removing the wall from the kitchen to the living space and the dining room. We also added space vertically by designing the cabinets to reach the ceiling. The new kitchen features a painted slab door and a thin shaker maple door as an accent.
We also updated the main bathroom, adding a much larger vanity with lots of usable space.
