The Northern Illinois Homebuilder Association (NIHBA) hosts Cavalcade of Homes, an exciting tour of homes that brings together the best builders and vendors to show potential buyers the latest and greatest in new construction, home features, and design. In preparation for the 2026 Cavalcade of Homes, the NIHBA hosted Builder Connect, an evening that brought together builders and partners to network and collaborate, getting ready to work together to create incredible homes to be featured on the tour.
Sims-Lohman’s Jenniffer Markulin and Dan Dewalt attended and had a blast handing out Sims-Lohman swag, networking, and getting to know some of the best builders in the area. The event featured drinks, food, and raffles, as well as the opportunity to talk about potential projects and partnerships.
Sims-Lohman loves to support the NIHBA and their important work bringing together the building industry so we can all enhance each other’s strengths and work together to make spaces homeowners love.
